I definitely apologize to the dolls when they fall over or get dropped by mistake--I'll say "Ohh! I'm so sorry!" With all my picture taking, they've taken quite a few falls and poor Holly scraped the tip of her nose after a particularly nasty concrete encounter at my in-laws a few weeks ago. I still cringe when I look at it but thankfully it isn't noticeable unless the light catches her face at just the right angle.
My DD talks to "the girls" all of the time and even calls them her "sisters" since she is currently an only child (we're all hoping this will change sooner rather than later!). DD also likes to sing to her BB Loren, which is pretty cute!

I love my dolls and feel as if they are one of my children...So, of course I talk to them and take them places...I am 31 years old with 4 kids and all 3 of my girls do the samething...So, they never look at me funny...My son on the other hand does look at all of us funny!

Sometimes I talk to my dolls. Whenever they fall over I say I'm sorry and tell them they look cute. The only real time I hold conversations with them is when I'm playing with them or when I can't fall asleep and bord to death!
